Calamari Fritti

Hi friends, today we are discussing about how to make Calamari Fritti. Its an Italian recipe and many of us who like Italian food definitely likes it too. So here below a simple and amazing recipe for those who love Calamari Fritti and want to make them on their own at home or with their friends. I hope you will enjoy this.

Ingredients
3 lbs. squid−cleaned, and cut into rings oil for frying

1 cup of flour

salt

lemon wedges



Method
Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet.

Dip calamari in flour, and shake off excess.

Fry until golden, drain on paper towels, and serve with lemon wedges.
