Asparagi Di Campo

Hi friends, today we are discussing about how to make a Asparagi Di Campo  Its an Italian recipe and many of us who like Italian food definitely likes it too. So here below a simple and amazing recipe for those who love Asparagi Di Campo and want to make them on their own at home or with their friends. I hope you will enjoy this.



Ingredients
1. 3/4 Small Onion, minced

2. Salt

3. 1−1/2 Teaspoon Capers, rinsed & chopped

4. 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice

5. Salt & pepper

6. 1 Mint leaf

7. 1 Pound Thin asparagus

Method
Place onion & salt in a bowl large enough to hold the asparagus. Mix well & let steep for 30 minutes.

Add the capers, lemon juice & mint leaf & marinate for at least 1 hour. Mix thoroughly from time to time. 

Meanwhile, bring an asparagus cooker to a boil & cook the asparagus until tender but still crisp, about 3 minutes. Drain.

Toss the still warm asparagus with the marinade & add salt & pepper. Toss gently & serve.
